We are LIONS!

February 20

We had an awesome weekend skiing together. Our favorite line from the weekend was "WE ARE LIONS!" We had other lines, including HOO-rah, we make egg roll together!, and several other fun sayings that I can't think of right now...

 

April was taking pictures of us as we skied down the slope. Alexis popped a squat on her skies while coming toward us, but then she bobbled a bit, so she tried to stand up to do a hockey stop to stop, but hit a clump of snow and just wiped out. I usually don't laugh when someone falls because I really don't like to fall, but she was so shocked at what had just happened that I couldn't help myself. None of us could. As you can see in the fourth picture, she was cracking up too.

 

 

 

 

I realized that Mom isn't in any of these pictures. I'm so disappointed. I'll have to get her into more pictures. Oh, and I only took one of these pictures... :-)



February 19

These are my boots and skis. I LOVE them. In the middle of the summer, I wish I could use them. But skiing on grass just doesn't work as well as skiing on snow.
