Finally!! The last post for March! Shew. So excited to share the Harry Potter pictures!!
Didn't follow a recipe for this dish, just threw some things together. Made a sweet potato casserole, smothered a chicken breast in onions, bacon, and cheese (no clogged arteries here!), and a box of frozen creamed spinach.

Minus some of that onion and I will eat that chicken in a heartbeat!
